Delivery Instructions:

  • Orders will be shipped by the next business day.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service's demand.
  • We do not take responsibility for postal delivery delays or any damage that may occur during delivery.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Free standard Australia Post delivery with a tracking number for all orders over $150 AUD.
  • $10 standard Australia Post delivery with a tracking number for all orders under $150 AUD.
  • Express Post option available at $15 with a tracking number for all orders.

Standard delivery time within Australia:

  • Generally, within 7 working days from the date of order.

Express Post delivery time within Australia:

  • Generally, within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order.

International Post:

  • We deliver to most countries worldwide.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international PO boxes.
  • All international orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

For calculating postage for international orders, please add the desired items to your cart, proceed to the delivery page, and the postage will be automatically calculated.

    Free Shipping Promotions:

    All "FREE SHIPPING" promotion orders are shipped by standard post.

    If "Express Shipping" is selected during any "Free Shipping" promotion your order will be shipped not be shipped Express and will be shipped Standard Post.

    If you require Express Shipping please contact us to organise it at an additional cost. Contact info@squarerosedance.com

    If a free shipping promotion has a dollar figure attached the Free shipping promotions are calculated from the value of the goods only and don't including the GST or shipping. 

    Customs and Duties:

    For goods shipped internationally outside of Australia, any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of your country's import regulations and additional charges that may apply.
